(More customer reviews)After trying lots of different plastic & rubber consumer vacuums that couldn't seem to last more than 12 months, I broke down and bought this 'commercial' vacuum.And I'm happy about it - it does what I bought it for, namely, cleans the carpet reliably and without worrying about whether it will last - it will.All-in-all, very happy with this vacuum. If you want or need a vacuum for stairs or non-carpeted floors, this is NOT for you.But if you want a good, solidly built, reliable vacuum that will get that job done, this is a great choice.
