(More customer reviews)This pool cleaner worked flawlessly for nearly one season in my in-ground before the hose began to spring leakes.With the hose replaced this season, it worked well for about a week before it started coiling up each time i put it in the pool.After performing all the "trouble shooting" procedures--and it is essential to follow the installation directions precisely--I called the company for tech support.Immediately the agent offered me a replacement of the motor, which I received and installed, only to find that the unit still only cleans one small pertion of the pool.Also, the hoses have spring many leaks, and the unit performs no better after repairing or replacing them.Bottom line:If you're willing to spend $300 for a new one each season, you'll be satisfied with this unit.I'm going to try another brand.
